ABOUT

Slow Leaves is Canadian singer-songwriter Grant Davidson. Known for crafting vulnerable songs that reflect on love, family, loneliness, and artistic insecurity, Davidson brings a distinctive poetic voice to everyday experiences. Since 2015, Davidson has released five Slow Leaves albums and has toured many parts of Canada, Europe, and the UK. He has been nominated for several Western Canadian Music Awards and won Songwriter of the Year in 2022. He has showcased at conferences including The Great Escape Festival, Folk Alliance International, South by Southwest, and FOCUS Wales. In recent years, Slow Leaves has opened for the Sam Roberts Band, Jenn Grant, Foxwarren (Andy Shauf's side project), and The Bros Landreth and has co-written singles for Jenn Grant, Jill Barber, Mariel Buckley, and Mal Blum.
